A development of 17 houses within a Conservation Area, Barton Lane won the best 55 plus development at the Your New Home Awards in 2004.

Wye House, Marlborough

The conversion of a Listed Building and the construction of houses within its curtilage to create 20 retirement homes.

Nominated by Kennet District Council for a national planning award

Badsworth House

A development of 27 houses and apartments

Harley Close, Marlborough

A development of 14 apartments for a Housing Association.

Bemerton Farm, Salisbury

The conversion and reinstatement of a 19th Century model farmyard and farmhouse to create 18 retirement homes.

Bemerton Farm was named Best 55 Plus Development in the 2003 Your New Home Awards and Best Retirement Development at the 2004 National Homebuilders Design Awards
