Nicholas Arbuthnott BA, Dip Arch, RIBA
Nicholas Arbuthnott gained early experience with Sir Frederick Gibberd in London, the reconstruction of Raffles Hotel in Singapore and a residential and sporting complex in Hong Kong. For the last 20 years, he has developed particular strengths at Arbuthnott Ladenburg Partnership in classical design principles, reuse of older buildings and urban design projects.

Richard Ladenburg BA, Dip Arch, RIBA
Richard Ladenburg worked for Gensler Associates in America and the Architecten Associatie in Amsterdam when newly qualified. After two decades at ALP Architects he has enjoyed his work in small and large housing projects, offices, shops and listed building refurbishment. He works closely with development companies and has an understanding of the commercial constraints of construction projects.

Peter Davies
30 years experience as a Senior Building Technician. Experience prior to joining ALP includes a number of major retail development projects and retirements schemes in the south west of England and Wales.

William Newman
Fellow of the Architectural and Surveying Institute.
35 years experience as a Senior Building Technician. Experience prior to joining ALP includes a number of Community Centres, Educational and University buildings in Oxford.
